Stay organised

Type it the way you’d say it, “Call the plumber on Friday at 9am”, and the date and the time are read for you.

An example: in the Kitchen refit project, “Choose the tiles by Thursday” is typed into the project’s add box, and Choose the tiles lands on the project’s timeline between Wednesday and Saturday, in date order.

Keep your promises

Ask someone for something and, once they say yes, it’s on both your lists. Promise someone and they see what you see: what, for whom and by when.

  • They can say yes, suggest another date, or say no.
  • A heads-up comes to you before a date slips, so you can finish it or pick a new date.
  • Picking a new date is a normal thing to do, and you both see the new one.
  • Mark it done and they see it’s done.
An example: Sam asks Priya to send the launch numbers by Friday. Priya says yes, and the same row is on both their lists: for Sam on Priya’s, from Priya on Sam’s.
