Delete your account.

Last updated 12 October 2026.

You can delete your All My Ducks account yourself, at any time, from the app or the web. It’s for keeps: a deleted account can’t be signed into or brought back.

How to delete it

  • In the app: open You, then Delete my account, at the foot of the page. Press Delete account.
  • On the web: sign in, choose Your profile from the menu under your picture, and press Delete account under Delete my account.

Either way you’re asked for your password first. If your account has no password, we email you a six-digit code to type in instead.

If you’re the only admin of a workspace other people are still in, make someone else an admin there first; until then, nothing is deleted.

What is deleted

As soon as you confirm:

  • Your name, every email address on the account and your photo.
  • Your own tasks in your personal space, with their history.
  • A workspace or home where nobody else is left, with everything in it.
  • Every way into the account: you’re signed out in every browser and on every phone, apps you connected lose their access, remembered devices and two-step sign-in go, and a password reset you had waiting stops working.
  • What you set up for yourself: your API keys, webhooks and calendar links, your link to Slack, and the phones registered for notices.
  • Your place on the waitlist, if you had one.

What is kept

  • Promises and asks between you and other people stay with them, because they rely on that record too, but without your name or email: they see “Someone who left”. Anyone you had something open with is told you’ve left.
  • A task of your own that you kept in a shared workspace stays there, seen by nobody, without your name.
  • What belongs to a workspace you were in, such as its Slack connection and the invites it sent, stays with that workspace.
  • Counts of how much AI you used stay in our totals, with no name on them.
  • Billing records, for as long as tax law requires, held by Stripe.
  • Technical logs, with their content removed, for up to 30 days.

The privacy policy has the rest of what we keep and for how long.

If you can’t sign in

Email [email protected] from the address on your account, or tell us which address it is, and ask for the account to be deleted. We’ll check it’s yours, delete it as above, and reply within one month.
