You, your home, your team

Features.

One app for your own list, the promises between two people at home, and the same promises across a team, with an API, and an assistant that can read and change your list.

Add todos the way you say them

Type “Book the team offsite by Friday at 3pm” and it’s on your list, the date and time read as you type. A switch says what it is, To do, To know, Promise someone or Ask someone, and pills say when and who sees it; one click changes any of them. If it would word something differently, it asks “Save like this?” first. Hold the microphone to say it instead.

Promises between two people

A commitment both of you can see: what, for whom, by when. It works between partners, housemates or friends at home just as it does at work. An ask needs a real yes: say yes, suggest a different date, or say no plainly.

AR Can you review the onboarding designs by Tuesday?
Committed. Tuesday it is. PS
You both see it

Captured where your team works

Invite the app to a Slack channel and it spots promises written there, suggesting each one privately to the person who wrote it. Suggestions start off until a workspace’s admins turn them on, and nothing is saved until the author confirms.

When a date passes, you hear first

The person who promised hears first, privately: mark it done, pick a new date, or ask to drop it. If they do nothing, the other side simply sees the truth. Picking a new date is a normal thing to do.

Every ending is recorded, and can be undone

Done, declined, released or deleted: each leaves a record both sides can see, and each can be taken back. A deleted todo can be restored for 30 days.

Things that come round again

Bins, the boiler service, car tax, a passport that runs out: set the rhythm once and the next one appears at the right time, one at a time. Type “renew example.com” and the date comes from the registry. Start one from “What repeats?”, keep it to yourself or make it a promise to someone, and skip or end it whenever life changes.

Manage everything from your favourite AI

Paste one address into Claude, ChatGPT, Vibe, Gemini Enterprise or Grok and it can add todos, answer asks, leave notes and mark things done, with exactly your permissions. The same API runs the whole product, with personal and workspace keys. Zapier, Make and n8n connectors are coming soon, to put the same promises into the workflows you already run.

And the rest of it

Week, month or year

Flip the list to a calendar: a week, a month, or a year laid out like a wall planner, with what repeats shown ahead. Click a day to add straight to it.

You choose who sees it

Seen by says who can see a todo or something to know: Only you, everyone, a team or the people you choose. They can see it without being on the hook for it.

One list across every workspace

Switch to Everything and your list and calendar run across every workspace you’re in, each row marked with where it lives, and a chip on the add box saying where a new one goes.

Something to know

Not everything is a todo. “PE kit on Monday” or a holiday that lasts several days goes on the list and the calendar with nothing to tick off, and fades after its last day.

Move it where it belongs

Move a todo or a series to another workspace. It arrives seen by Only you.

Wording that can be fixed

Whoever owes the thing can change how it’s worded, right from its page, and everyone sees what it used to say.

A time, to the minute

Give a todo a time and that’s its deadline: “by 3pm” means 3pm. Without one, it runs to the end of its day. The calendar and your calendar feed show it at that time.

An ask that goes unanswered

An ask with no answer after 7 days expires, and you can send it again.

One person is accountable

Ask a team; one person says yes. Teams never promise. People do.

Notes on the record

A timeline both of you can see: notes, date changes, the full history.

Old items get quieter

Done and closed items fade off the list after a fortnight. Quiet commitments get a private wrap-it-up prompt, never a public flag.

Notifications that reach you

Email always works; connect Slack and DMs take over where you prefer them. Every state change tells the people it should, and nobody else.

A workspace for you, your home, your team

Personal, a workspace that's forever yours, and shared ones for a home or a team. Switch in one click, or with ⌘K.

More than one address

Add a second email to your account and prove it with a code, so an invite or a sign-in reaches you whichever address it lands on.

Admins see nothing extra

Admins manage membership and billing. Being one shows you no more of anyone's list than you saw before.

Yours to take or erase

Export everything you can see, self-serve. Delete your account and your own data goes with you.
