Who you're agreeing with

All My Ducks is operated by Ed Eliot, trading as All My Ducks . By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you’re signing up on behalf of a company, you confirm you can bind it.

The service

All My Ducks records todos and commitments between people, optionally captures suggested commitments from connected tools (with each author’s consent), and offers API and MCP access. We’ll run it with reasonable skill and care; features may evolve, and we’ll tell you about changes that remove something you rely on.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself and your email current. You’re responsible for what happens through your account and API keys; tell us straight away if you think either has been compromised.

Your content

What you and your team put in (commitments, notes, names) stays yours. You give us only the licence needed to run the service: storing it, showing it to the people it is shared with, sending it where you’ve asked us to (notifications, webhooks, calendar links and the apps you connect), and the AI processing described in the privacy policy. We claim no other rights and never use your content to train AI models.

Acceptable use

Don’t use All My Ducks to break the law, to harass people, to probe or overload the service, or to attempt access to data that isn’t yours. API access is rate-limited; genuine integrations are welcome, abuse isn’t.

Price and payment

The Free plan costs nothing, always: up to 30 open tasks of your own, up to 5 steps a task, and a home for two. Plus is for one person and costs $3.99 a month or $39.99 a year (£2.99 or £29.99, €3.49 or €34.99); every new account has Plus free for its first 14 days, and no card is asked for. A team plan is for a team workspace and gives everyone in it Plus: up to 10 people for $39.99 a month or $399.99 a year (£29.99 or £299.99, €34.99 or €349.99), up to 25 people for $79.99 a month or $799.99 a year (£59.99 or £599.99, €69.99 or €699.99), and more than 25 by arrangement. Prices are set in dollars, pounds and euros, and every price includes tax. Prices may change with at least 30 days’ notice, never mid-billing-period.

Paid plans are sold by Link, a Stripe company, as the seller. Link takes the payment, charges the tax that applies where you live as part of the price you see, sends your receipts and handles refunds. Your card or bank statement shows LINK.COM. Link’s own terms and privacy notice cover the purchase; these terms cover All My Ducks itself.

If a plan ends, nothing is deleted and nothing is hidden. Everything you’ve added stays, and every ask and promise keeps working for everyone. Past Free’s limits, adding a new task of your own waits until you’ve finished or dropped some. A team keeps its people; new invites wait until it has a plan again. What only a paid plan includes, such as the year view, calendar subscription, Slack and connections to Zapier, Make and n8n, stops until a plan returns. Your data stays exportable throughout.

Leaving

Cancel a paid plan any time from its billing page (“Manage billing” in the app) or from your order on Link’s own site. Refunds go through Link. Paid features run to the end of the period. You can export everything you can see, and delete your account, self-serve at any time; deletion works as the privacy policy describes.

What we don't promise

The service is provided “as is”. We aim for high availability but don’t guarantee it, and All My Ducks is a record of promises, not professional advice, and not responsible for whether people keep them. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t lawfully be limited (including for death, personal injury, or fraud). Otherwise, our total liability in any 12 months is capped at the amount you paid Link for your plan in those 12 months.

Ending or suspending accounts

We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms, with notice and a chance to put things right except where the breach is serious or unlawful. Your export right survives.

Changes and law

If these terms change materially we’ll email you at least 14 days before the change takes effect. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction.
